SIOBHÁN HENDRIX
SOUND DESIGNER

Siobhán Hendrix is sound designer who was certified in Audio Production in 2018 by

Full Sail University. She was awarded her Bachelor’s in Audio Production from Full Sail in 2020, as the class Valedictorian.

She has worked on sound design and post-production based around video games and other media. Her list of skills include the likes of asset creation, foley, ADR, editing in DAW's such as Pro Tools, and implementation through programs like Wwise.

She has also done extensive work with other DAW's such as Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, and Adobe Audition for music, and other forms of production and editing. Lastly, she has experience with other software like Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro for editing video media.

She also loves to use her mixing, editing and composition skills to self-produce her own music.

This is a student film from my study at Full Sail University, where I have done all the post-production, foley, added SFX, and have mixed/mastered it. I have dubbed/voiced the CO who is shouting at the character, Ryan, in the battlefield scenes. I have created, recorded, and/or edited all foley in this cut of the film. The recordings of the three actors (Ryan - Soldier, Jannick - German Officer, and Jannick's wife - Flashback) are the only audio in this film from the original cut. The airplane, gunfire, explosions, and room-tones (SFX) in the opening splash, bunker, and battlefield scenes were obtained in Westar's sound library. https://taliahendrix.wixsite.com/sounddesign

Sound Design Demo Reel from my tuition at Full Sail University taliahendrix.wixsite.com/sounddesign STORY: The story is about the blacksmith, "Völund" (based off the ancient smith-god of the Norse and Germanic peoples), and his search for a powerful and magical orb. He leaves his smithy to find this orb, but is blocked by three Draugr (undead creatures in ancient Norse mythology) ahead in the abandoned village. All three of them wield enchanted weaponry. Völund picks up his shields, as well as his own enchanted blade, then heads out to battle. After defeating the fiends and picking up a few smaller orbs on the way, he finds the magical orb he was searching for upstairs in a nearby shack.
